Job Description:

• Perform Input study & Prepare queries on Cad/BOM/NGD/Material/Connections etc.
• Apply BOM and applicable FE mechanisms/functions in the Safety models.
• Perform de-penetration/intersection within the model & with other models.
• Prepare the sub system model connections (Spot, Seam, adhesives, joints, Bolts),Contact Interfaces, Database history and runnable analytical assemblies with required deck info.
• Able to review the Safety models using standard check sheet & set process.
• Able to perform debug & fix the errors in the models for ls dyna.
• Good communication skills and experience with MS office excel and PowerPoint to present data.
• Experience in tools like HM,ANSA, Hyper crash, Primer, Team center, Hyper works and Solvers like LsDyna/Radioss.
• Team Center & radios debug knowledge are additional requirement & preferable.

Requirements:

• Hands on experience in developing anyone of below System CAE modules
• PT Engine, Transmission, Exhaust, Fuel System, EV batteries, HV wire, etc.
• Chassis suspension, Steering, Brake, Sub frame, Frames, tires and perform simulations for pre-loading conditions
• Interior IP trims, Door trims, IP Console, Headliner, Hard trims, Floor carpet, HVAC, seat etc.
• Exterior BIW, closures, exteriors, Ped-Pro models. Able to debug weld/BOM models
