Job Description: Durability Engineer

• Meshing: ANSA(1st preference) / HYPMERMESH (2nd Preference) ,
• Aanalysis: ABAQUS (Mandatory)

Domain Strong knowledge on automotive vehicle durability. Linear / Non-linear analysis Simulation, Analysis, countermeasure / root-cause analysis

Vehicle Intersystem Engineer – Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Develop, integrate, and validate Vehicle Dynamics (VD), Chassis Control, Vehicle Motion Control (VMC), and Traction Control System (TCS) functions.
• Coordinate integration between Powertrain, ADAS, Chassis, Thermal Management, Battery Management System (BMS), and Vehicle Control Systems.
• Integrate and validate Powertrain Control Systems, including torque management and ECU communication.
• Support Thermal Management and Battery Management System (BMS) integration, including battery cooling and thermal protection strategies.
• Define and manage interfaces between vehicle subsystems, ensuring seamless System-of-Systems integration.
• Work with automotive communication protocols including CAN, CAN FD, LIN, Ethernet, and FlexRay.
• Perform vehicle-level integration, testing, validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Use automotive engineering tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, CANoe, CANalyzer,
