CAE Design Engineer (2W/4W Product)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform CAE analysis for 2W/4W aluminium die-cast components.
• Conduct structural, thermal, fatigue and performance simulations as applicable.
• Evaluate design feasibility and identify potential failure areas.
• Support optimization of component geometry for weight, strength and manufacturability.
• Prepare technical analysis reports and recommendations.
• Work closely with Product Design, NPD and Testing teams for design validation. .

Key Skills

• Good exposure in CAE / FEA.
• Knowledge of 2W/4W Components; Structural & Thermal Analysis, GD&T.
• Good problem-solving, communication and CFT coordination skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience.
• Diploma /B.Tech. / B.E. degree
• Proficiency in UG NX (preferred) CATIA, Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD
