Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CAD Operator to join our Sampling Department in the garment industry. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of garment patterns, measurements, and CAD software, with an interest in apparel design and sampling.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and modify garment patterns using CAD software.
• Assist in pattern development and alterations for sampling.
• Work closely with the sampling, pattern-making, and production teams.
• Ensure accuracy in garment measurements, pattern grading, and pattern layouts as required.
• Make necessary pattern corrections based on sample feedback.
• Maintain pattern files and related technical documentation.
• Support the team in meeting sampling timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and apparel measurements.
• Familiarity with garment CAD software is preferred.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to understand design specifications and follow instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Eligibility

• B.Sc. or Diploma in Fashion Designing.
• Candidates with 0–6 months of experience are eligible.
• Freshers with relevant academic knowledge and an interest in garment CAD are encouraged to apply.
