Role & responsibilities

Lead and oversee Finance & Accounts operations, including accounting, reconciliations, MIS, and financial reporting.

Manage Direct & Indirect Taxation, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, tax planning, returns, assessments, and notices.

Plan and coordinate Statutory, Internal, and Tax Audits.

Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, schedules, and audit documentation.

Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC/MCA, and other applicable statutory requirements.

Manage Corporate Secretarial and MCA compliances, including statutory filings, registers, minutes, and corporate records.

Establish and monitor internal financial controls and compliance processes.

Monitor cash flow, working capital, budgets, receivables,

Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, legal advisors, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Review financial and accounting processes and recommend improvements for greater efficiency and control.

Identify financial and compliance risks and implement appropriate corrective actions.

Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to management to support business decisions.

Ensure proper maintenance of financial, tax, audit, and corporate records.

Preferred candidate profile

CA and CS qualification both mandatory.

8–10 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

Strong hands-on experience in Finance & Accounts, Taxation, Audit, and Corporate Compliance.

Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, ROC/MCA, and statutory compliances.

Experience with Tally, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP/accounting systems.

Strong command of MS Excel, MIS, financial reporting, and analysis.

Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to independently manage multiple functions and statutory deadlines.
