Role & responsibilities

• Experience in coordinating with auditors and managing the finalisation of accounts, including reporting to management.
• Sound knowledge of MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs) compliance requirements.
• Good understanding of Direct and Indirect Tax regulations and compliances.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of 56 members.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred candidate profile

• A Qualified CA with 2 to 5 Years of post qualification experience.
• With exp in Ministry of Corporate Affairs compliance.
