About this role
- Preferred Candidate:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-2 years of post-qualification experience to join our Audit & Assurance team in Andheri, Mumbai.
- Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Execute statutory audits, including audits of listed companies and large private organisations.
- Assist with IPO audits, capital market assignments, and related reporting requirements.
- Participate in Ind AS implementation and transition projects, with working knowledge of Ind AS 115 and Ind AS 116.
- Support risk advisory and internal audit engagements.
- Work on statutory audits of banks and NBFCs.
- Coordinate with clients and engagement teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of assignments.
- Prepare and review audit documentation and deliverables.
- Contribute to the development and use of audit automation and AI-enabled tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of SEBI LODR and CARO requirements will be preferred.Role & responsibilities
