Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Costing & MIS

• Calculate and analyse fixed, variable, power, freight and fly ash costs.
• Monitor cost and operational KPIs; extract and analyse data from SAP and relevant transaction codes.
• Support wheel processing, costing reviews, management reporting and performance analysis.

2. Accounting, Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare and interpret trial balances across liabilities, assets, income and expenses.
• Understand accounting flows and follow standard accounting practices, CFD circulars and accounting guidelines.
• Support internal and statutory audits, financial statement finalisation, legal compliance and corporate governance.
• Contribute to planning, budgeting, risk assessment and review of internal controls.

3. Commercial Services & Vendor Management

• Support service-level, rate and BSR contracts and selection of service providers.
• Manage procurement from enquiry to order for raw materials, transport, pumps, equipment hiring and services.
• Participate in vendor negotiations, approvals and contract monitoring; understand C&F operations and inventory management.

4. Logistics, Distribution & Dispatch

• Evaluate logistics infrastructure, service providers, capex proposals, new initiatives and risk mitigation.
• Analyse warehouse, railhead and direct-customer networks and related KPIs.
• Understand road and rail operations, truck utilisation, freight savings, order management, invoicing and inventory throughput.

5. SAP / ERP Process Improvement

• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in SAP processes and recommend improvements.
• Support automation across finance, costing, commercial and logistics processes.
