Role & responsibilities

Job profile:-

• Adhering to Accounting Policies as stipulated by the ICAI and other regulatory Bodies.
• Provide analysis and advice to the Head of Financial Accounting on the potential implications of proposed changes in accounting rules / policies and legislation / Government rules.
• Ensure that all transactions comply with appropriate Statuary regulations and submitting the various returns from time to time.
• Day to Day bill checking & passing of Store, Raw Material, Cash Vouchers.
• Creditor Control at regular interval.
• Checking of all transactions & Verification of all Ledgers.
• Handling all the Income tax matters, cases, replies & correspondence with various Departments.
• Full control over taxation i.e. GST, TDS, SERVICE TAX.
• Planning, Co-ordination, Supervision and maintaining decorum in the department.
• Reporting to Director Finance & A/Cs & also to Top Management.
• Look after ERP/Tally and proficiency in MS office.
• Maintain fix assets register
• Calculation of depreciation as per companies act / Income tax act
