Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial reports, MIS, and management dashboards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and budget-versus-actual variance analysis.
• Analyse financial statements, revenue, expenses, profitability, and key business metrics.
• Assist in financial modelling, cash flow analysis, and working capital monitoring.
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Assist in account reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and financial data validation.
• Support internal and statutory audits, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Assist in monitoring internal financial controls and identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect financial information and prepare reports.
• Undertake ad hoc financial analysis and business support assignments as required.

Eligibility Criteria

• CA Intermediate qualified.
• Eligible for industrial training under applicable ICAI regulations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills.
