Role Overview

An excellent opportunity for Chartered Accountancy (CA) aspirants to gain hands-on exposure in the Treasury function within a leading NBFC. As an Industrial Trainee, you will work closely with the Treasury team across liquidity management, funding operations, and financial risk monitoring, building a strong foundation in core treasury practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day treasury operations, including fund planning, cash flow monitoring, and liquidity management.
• Assist in tracking borrowing positions, debt schedules, and interest obligations across various instruments.
• Work on preparation and analysis of MIS reports related to liquidity, ALM, and treasury performance.
• Coordinate with banks and internal stakeholders for fund movements, payments, and reconciliations.
• Develop an understanding of regulatory requirements (RBI/NBFC) and treasury-related compliance processes.
• Support documentation and execution of borrowing transactions, including loans, NCDs, and other funding avenues.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

• Pursuing CA Final and eligible for Industrial Training as per ICAI guidelines.
• Strong academic background and basic understanding of Treasury of NBFC.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic tax software is preferred.
