CA / ICWA (8-12 yr Exp.) - Mumbai Location

MAN Industries (India) Limited a NSE/ BSE listed company, a prominent player in the league of World Class Manufacturers and Exporters of HSAW, LSAW, Line pipes and Coating systems besides ERW and SS Pipes. The Group Turnover in India is about Rs.3500 Cr.+, and the Group is well poised to multiply the same with the expansion of existing capacities and addition of new ERW Plant. The Company has recently acquired Plants in the International location

We are looking for CAs / ICWAs with 8-12 year experience who can grow with the growing organization. The job holder plays a vital role, coordination with various departments. Working closely with the CFO & management team the CA / ICWA will ensures Business Analysis, Costing, financial discipline, Control, operational efficiency, and a strategic alignment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist the MD/ CFO in preparing annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections tailored to the manufacturing and supply chain operations. Product Costing,
2. Budget vs Actual. Analysing Costs and variances
3. Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and dashboards for internal stakeholders and the CFO.
4. Monitor internal controls to prevent financial leakages, or mismanagement.
5. Provide financial insights for strategic decisions, such as capital expenditure for new machinery, expansion plans, or entering new markets.
6. Management Information System (MIS) reports for the CFO, summarizing financial and operational performance metrics.
7. Assist in evaluating financing options for capital-intensive projects (e.g., new production lines) and liaising with banks or financial institutions.
8. Support due diligence and financial analysis for potential mergers, acquisitions, or joint ventures in the steel or pipe manufacturing sector.
9. Oversee or support the implementation and maintenance of ERP systems for financial and operational integration. Use data analytics tools to analyze financial and operational data, providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and profitability.
10. Candidates with Internal Audit experience of P2P, O2C, Capex Audit shall have added advantage

Education: CA / OR ICWA

Experience: Minimum 8 -12 years of post-qualification, preferably in manufacturing

Remuneration: Rs. 20 Lakh to 25 Lakh per Annum, Not a constrain for right candidate

Location: Based in Head Office, Mumbai.
