Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & HQ Coordination•

• Prepare monthly MIS and business update reports.
• Preparation of Budgets, Forecasts & Variance analysis including co-ordinating with user department for planning & review purposes.
• Compile annual consolidated financial pack as per HQ guidelines.
• Review & maintain the overall Books of Accounts.
• Track and monitor Capex and Opex spends.
• Process Improvement & DOA adherence.
• Ad Hoc report preparation as required by the SMC.

Audits

• Support statutory, cost, internal, and tax audits.
• Co-ordinate with Cost Auditor, Tax audit and Transfer pricing filings.

Statutory Compliance

• Liaise with consultants for income tax refunds and assessments.
• Verify and coordinate quarterly TDS returns & monthly and annual GST returns.
• Obtain statutory certificates and provide necessary documentation.

Accounts Closing

• Review general ledger and monthly schedules (provisions, prepayments, insurance) including depreciation entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare reports and schedules for auditors including closing of all Audit within timelines.

Other Responsibilities

• Manage bank guarantees and renewals.
• Coordinate with banks for sanction renewals.
• Assist in tariff revisions and compliance renewals (EPCG, SEPC).
• Ensure timely application for nil TDS certificates.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) Fresher.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws both direct and indirect.
• Tools: Familiarity with ERP systems & MS Office Apps.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and Good Communication skills
