Primary Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Finalization of Financial Statements.
• Handling Statutory, Internal, and Tax Audits.
• Preparation and analysis of various MIS reports.
• Preparation of regulatory and compliance-related reports.
• Preparation of Zero-Based Budgets (ZBB) and monthly variance analysis.
• Preparation and submission of reports as required by Management.
• Evaluation of Direct and Indirect Tax matters, including assessment of the impact of regulatory amendments.
• Ensuring maintenance of books of accounts in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Supporting finance, accounting, taxation, and compliance activities as assigned.

Essential Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, Accounting Standards, and Financial Reporting.
• Understanding of Direct and Indirect Taxation.
• Knowledge of Statutory and Regulatory Requirements.
• Proficiency in Tally and other ERP systems.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Qualified CA Fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, audit processes, taxation, MIS reporting, and budgeting.
• Eager to learn and build a career in Finance & Accounts.
