CA Fresher - Internal Audit Manager

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a CA First Attempt Fresher interested in building a strong foundation in Internal Audit within the Compliance Department. Candidates who have completed articleship with exposure to internal audits, compliance reviews, or process audits are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in conducting internal audits across compliance functions.
• Review internal controls, regulatory adherence, and process gaps.
• Support in preparing audit workpapers, observations, and reports.
• Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to gather and verify data.
• Contribute to monitoring and enhancing compliance frameworks.

Requirements:

• CA First Attempt (Freshly cleared).
• Articleship experience in internal audit / compliance / process audit preferred.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of audit methodologies and regulatory expectations.
