• Strong communication skills (non-negotiable)
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in:
  
• Contact Center
• Webex Enterprise
• Webex Contact Center (Telephony)
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  
• Webex Calling
• Cisco UCM (Unified Communications Manager)
• Rest all as per JD shared initially

Optional Consideration:

• We can also consider candidates with strong hands-on experience in Webex Contact Center who are keen to learn or upskill in Webex Enterprise, provided they demonstrate excellent communication skills and strong learning agility.

Hands-on experience with Cisco Webex, strong technical skills, MS Teams expertise, and excellent communication skills (North America Voice process)
