C2H IT Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for C2H IT requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, offer discussions, and joining formalities.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions as per defined TAT.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate database for current and future requirements.
• Handle candidate engagement and ensure a smooth C2H hiring experience.

Preferred candidate profile

• 14 years of overall IT recruitment experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in C2H hiring.
• Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies, and technical recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing and screening IT candidates.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on closures.
