Business Analyst / Product Owner Cards & AR Domain

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Strong understanding of REST API design and ability to interpret Swagger/OpenAPI specifications.
• Proficient in SQL querying for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of transaction processing systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define business requirements, features, and end-to-end process flows.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Release Train Engineers, and Scrum teams to deliver solutions aligned with business priorities and roadmap.
• Experience with Mainframe technologies (2-3 years preferred), including exposure to MQ, DataPower, and related integrations.
• Knowledge of GHCP/Lumi is an added advantage.
• Provide regular status updates to Product Managers and Agile/Scrum teams.
• Own, prioritize, and manage the product backlog.

Preferred Domain Experience

• Strong domain knowledge in Cards and Accounts Receivable (AR) systems.

Experience

• 5-8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or related roles. (Adjust as needed.)
