Skills

• Experience with workflow development, case management, business process automation, event actions, and queue management.
• Hands-on experience with Datacap components such as Datacap Studio, Datacap Navigator, FastDoc, Application Manager, Fingerprint, and OCR engines.
• Knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2 databases, including SQL development and performance optimization.
• Experience in FileNet security, metadata management, object stores, document lifecycle management, and records governance.
• Strong troubleshooting, migration, deployment, and production support experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
