As a Technical Lead, you will be integral to capturing and translating business needs into effective technical solutions. Your responsibilities include:

• Requirement Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs across various modules. Document detailed functional requirements and ensure clarity and completeness to facilitate smooth development workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across business processes to identify dependencies, linkages, and potential impacts of proposed changes to ensure comprehensive solution design.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring transparent and consistent communication throughout project phases.

Under the guidance of the Project Manager, you will take ownership in:

• Solution Architecture: Facilitate the creation of scalable and maintainable application designs that align with technical standards and business requirements.
• Code Quality Oversight: Review and validate code to ensure adherence to project standards, promote code reuse, and unify replication patterns.
• Technical Query Resolution: Support team members by resolving complex technical challenges to advance development progress smoothly.

Your leadership will ensure that the team develops robust, high-performance software aligned with project timelines and quality benchmarks.

In this phase, you will:

• Perform in-depth root cause analysis to detect and troubleshoot recurring technical issues, enhancing software stability and performance.
• Modify and optimize software code to incorporate new hardware capabilities, improve interface integrations, and enhance overall system efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to validate system configurations and ensure seamless integration of new applications.
• Develop comprehensive user training documents and support materials to facilitate adoption and reduce operational transition risks.

• Technical Expertise: Demonstrable proficiency in C programming and strong experience with Unix Shell scripting. Depth in debugging techniques and software development lifecycle processes.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams within agile environments, managing deliverables and fostering collaborative working relationships.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
