C Plus Lead Developer Telecom and Networking

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced C Lead Senior Developer with strong expertise in C Unix Linux environments Telecom Networking systems and enterprise application development
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing maintaining and supporting mission critical applications running on Linux and Solaris platforms while providing technical leadership to development teams
• The role requires a combination of software development production support troubleshooting networking knowledge database expertise and DevOps practices
• The candidate will work closely with cross functional teams to deliver scalable reliable and high performing solutions within Telecom and Networking environments

• RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop enhance and maintain complex C and Java applications on Linux and Solaris platforms
• Lead development teams and provide technical guidance in Unix based environments
• Support Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams through code fixes troubleshooting debugging and root cause analysis
• Participate in application vulnerability remediation and compliance initiatives
• Analyze and resolve production incidents while ensuring service stability and performance
• Design develop and optimize database interactions using Oracle MySQL PostgreSQL and SQL technologies
• Configure administer and troubleshoot web and application servers including Apache HTTPD NGINX Tomcat and JBoss
• Work closely with DevOps teams to support CI CD implementation and deployment automation
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions
• Drive performance optimization system reliability and operational excellence initiatives
• Mentor team members and promote engineering best practices
• Participate in technical discussions solution reviews and architecture recommendations
• Ensure adherence to coding standards security guidelines and software development best practices
• QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Electronics Engineering or a related discipline
• 5 10 years of experience in software development and support
• Strong hands on experience in C development within Unix Linux environments
• Experience leading development teams or mentoring engineers
• Experience in Telecom and Networking domains
• Proven experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and incident management capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
