As a C# .Net Azure Developer - Associate, you will engage in delivering managed services that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will be part of a team that focuses on transitioning and managing services, optimizing processes, and supporting clients across various functions. Your role will involve project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver quality services. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will be expected to adapt to diverse client needs and team dynamics, using these experiences as opportunities for growth. Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing automation frameworks to enhance service delivery and operational performance
• Collaborating with teams to optimize business processes and improve efficiency through managed services
• Engaging in project management tasks, including planning, delivery, and stakeholder engagement
• Utilizing Azure and .Net technologies to support application evolution and custom solutions
• Conducting process performance analysis to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Applying technical standards and guidelines to uphold the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
• Participating in troubleshooting and performance management to address operational risks
• Supporting client engagements by contributing to business transformation initiatives and process optimization
• Gathering and analyzing information from diverse sources to inform strategic decisions and recommendations

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2+ years of experience - C# .Net Azure
