Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced C/C++ Module Lead with strong development, design and problem-solving skills. The selected candidate will work on complex, business-critical applications and provide technical guidance to the development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test and enhance applications using C and C++.
• Provide design-level and technical guidance to the team.
• Contribute to application enhancements and performance optimisation.
• Mentor and manage a small to mid-sized development team.
• Coordinate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot application and production issues.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in C and C++ development.
• Good working knowledge of Unix/Linux and SQL.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in leading or mentoring development teams.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Good-to-Have

• Experience working on real-time trading or settlement applications.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
