C&I and Utility Manager Solar

Job Description: Sales Manager - Utility and C&I Inverters (Solar Inverters)

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Manager to lead client relationship management, technical support, and business growth initiatives in the solar energy sector. The role focuses on C&I (Commercial & Industrial) and utility-scale clients, with responsibility for project execution, market development, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with C&I and utility clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all solar inverterrelated inquiries.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Project Management

• Lead the planning and execution of solar inverter projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation.

Technical Expertise & Support

• Provide expert guidance on solar on-grid inverter technology.
• Assist clients in understanding product features, benefits, and system integration.
• Address technical queries and provide ongoing support post-installation.

Market & Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the solar market.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive client engagement and market expansion.
• Support development and execution of strategies for C&I and utility segment growth.

Strategic Planning

• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
• Provide insights to support strategic initiatives and business direction.

Performance Monitoring

• Monitor performance of installed systems.
• Collect and analyse client feedback to improve offerings and service quality.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, installation, and service teams.
• Ensure seamless order closure and execution across departments.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Renewable Energy preferred).
• Strong experience in solar on-grid inverter technology.
• Proven experience handling C&I and utility-scale clients.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
