About this role
Role & responsibilities :
- Strong programming skills in C++
- Strong hands-on experience with Linux-based embedded systems.
- Solid experience in Linux device driver development and Linux kernel programming.
- Good understanding of Linux kernel architecture, kernel modules, device model, interrupts, synchronization, and memory management.
- Strong knowledge of embedded hardware and processor architectures.
- Hands-on experience with I2C, SPI, UART, GPIO, USB, PCIe, Ethernet, CAN or similar interfaces.
- Experience with multithreading, IPC, synchronization mechanisms, and concurrency.
- Strong debugging skills using tools such as GDB, JTAG, strace, gdbserver, perf, and kernel debugging tools.
- Good understanding of boot process, Bootloader, U-Boot, Linux BSP, and cross-compilation.
- Experience with Git and software development/version-control practices.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, memory management, pointers, and object-oriented programming.
