Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced C++ Developer with 6–12 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, debugging, and maintaining high-performance software applications using C++.

The ideal candidate should have strong programming fundamentals, experience with software development lifecycle, debugging and performance optimization, and the ability to work on complex enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using C++.
• Write clean, efficient, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and enhance application features and modules.
• Debug and troubleshoot complex application issues.
• Perform code reviews and follow software development best practices.
• Optimize application performance, memory usage, and resource utilization.
• Develop unit and integration tests to ensure application quality.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in design discussions and contribute to technical solutions.
• Identify and resolve production issues through effective root-cause analysis.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow coding and development standards.

Required Skills

• 6–12 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C++.
• Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Good understanding of C++11/14/17 or later standards.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with debugging, memory management, and performance optimization.
• Good understanding of multithreading and concurrency.
• Experience with STL, templates, pointers, and memory management.
• Good knowledge of software development and testing practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
