Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Design, develop, and optimize C++ services/libraries and system components using modern C++.

2) Implement multithreaded and asynchronous workflows; ensure thread safety, efficient synchronization, and deadlock-free design.

3) Work across Linux/Windows environments; build with CMake, GCC/Clang/MSVC; integrate into CI/CD pipelines.

4) Own end-to-end delivery: requirements, HLD/LLD, coding, unit/integration tests, benchmarking, deployment readiness, documentation.

5) Profile and tune using tools like perf, valgrind, gdb, Address/Thread Sanitizers, VTune, etc.

6) Collaborate with Product/QA/DevOps; triage production issues and drive root-cause analysis with measurable outcomes.

7) Participate in code/design reviews; uphold high standards in maintainability, testability, and security.

8) Maintain clean APIs, error handling, and observability (metrics/logging/tracing).

9) Write automated tests (unit/integration) and contribute to build & release workflows.

10) Mentor junior engineers; contribute to engineering best practices, templates, and internal tooling.

11) Networking: TCP/UDP, sockets, custom protocols.High-throughput systems: zero-copy, memory pools, lock-free structures, SIMD optimizations.

12) Cross-platform development: portability abstractions, CMake toolchains.
