About this role
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable and high-quality software solutions using C#, .NET/.NET Core and related Microsoft technologies.•
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into robust technical designs and implementation plans.
- Design and develop modular, maintainable, and reusable applications following SOLID principles and established design patterns
- Drive architecture and technical decisions, ensuring solutions meet performance, security, scalability, and maintainability requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to ensure successful feature delivery.
- Troubleshoot complex production and application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
- Establish and maintain coding standards, development guidelines, and quality practices across the team.
- Review pull requests and ensure adherence to code quality, security, performance, and maintainability standards.
- Develop and maintain unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure application reliability and regression-free releases.
- Work with Azure DevOps/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices to streamline software delivery.
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and technical debt reduction.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and scalability improvements.
- Stay current with emerging C#/.NET technologies, frameworks, development tools, and industry best practices.
- Take ownership of end-to-end technical delivery, from requirement analysis and design through development, testing, deployment, and production support.
