About Position:

We are looking for a talented C# AI Developer to design and develop AI-driven applications and intelligent automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience with C#, .NET, AI/ML frameworks, API integrations, and cloud technologies.

What You'll Do:

• Strong experience in C#
• Proficiency in SQL
• Code investigation skills (analyse unfamiliar code bases quickly, navigate large applications, identify transformation logic)
• Experience working with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, AI coding assistants, prompt engineering
• Secondary skills:
• Analytical skills (ability to breakdown complex business flows, understand dependencies, investigate discrepancies)
• Communication skills (present findings to application SMEs, facilitate validation meetings)

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong experience in C#.Net (Deal Breaker Skill).
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Code investigation skills, including the ability to analyze unfamiliar codebases quickly.
• Strong analytical skills to break down complex business flows and understand dependencies.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and facilitating meetings.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with complex enterprise applications and systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices and coding standards.
• Proven ability to quickly understand business processes and technical dependencies.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and support team members.
