Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Buying Manager to manage apparel buying and merchandise planning for a leading retail organization.

The role will focus on OTB management, merchandise planning, sell-through analysis, inventory management and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage buying activities across the assigned apparel category.

- Drive OTB management and merchandise planning in line with business requirements.

- Analyse sell-through performance and identify opportunities to improve category performance.

- Monitor stock and inventory levels to support effective merchandise management.

- Analyse sales and inventory data to support buying decisions.

- Work closely with relevant teams to ensure effective planning and availability of merchandise.

- Track category performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Support commercial objectives through effective buying and inventory management.

Key Requirements:

- 5 - 8 years of experience in Retail Buying.

- Strong experience in OTB Management and Merchandise Planning.

- Expertise in Sell-Through Analysis, Stock and Inventory Management.

- Excellent Excel skills and strong analytical ability.

- Strong commercial understanding of the apparel retail business.

- Experience across Men, Women, Kids or Lingerie apparel categories
