Designation: Buying Coordinator (Purchase Department)

This position of Buying Coordinator is for our client, a major Retail/Wholesale company based in Dubai. Work location will be in our office in Kochi.

Job Description:

- Daily purchase requests to Purchase order / Transfer order conversion and share with the concerned vendor / buyers/ warehouse

- Closing of pre intimation tickets / Biller feedback tickets by checking the store inventory and Initiating necessary orders after Buyer approvals

- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and address issues related to stockouts, overstock situations, or other inventory-related problems.

- Analyse store out of stocks and initiate revisions in store wise planning through corporate planning team.

Full fledged training on processes and products shall be provided before operations begin.

Location: Vennala, Kochi

Industry: F&B/FMCG

Client Geography: International (Middle East)

Work Timing: 9.30am to 6.30pm

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Language fluency written: English

Language fluency spoken: English (basic), Malayalam and Hindi will be an added advantage

Computer Knowledge: MS Excel (Pivot table, Vlookup, Formulas etc), Email and Internet Browsing mandatory.

Work Experience: 1+ year experience in any MIS back office role. Higher work experience is an added advantage. Open to Freshers who have very good MS Excel skills too.

Experience in SAP would be an added advantage (material management/purchase transactions). People without SAP experience can also apply.

Minimum qualification: Any Graduate or above

Salary: Between Rs 18,000 to Rs 25,000 per month.

Final amount shall be based on relevant work experience, performance in interview and Excel test.
