• Lead the seasonalbuying process from the international range for retail, ecommerce, and partnerchannels.
• Identify product gapsand sales opportunities through performance analysis and market visits. Addressgaps via product development in collaboration with UK and sourcing teams.
• Own end-to-end ordermanagement including order placement, tracking, and fulfilment for bothimport and domestic lines.
• Analyse salesperformance at range, sub-range, trend, and style level. Use insights to informreorders, markdowns, or early exits.
• Monitor WGSN, fashionrunways, and competitors to guide trend-right product development and informseasonal strategy.
• Coordinate withsourcing, design, marketing, supply chain, VM, retail, ecommerce, and financeteams to ensure timely and aligned product launches.
• Drive marginnegotiations with the sourcing team for locally developed lines, ensuringprofitability and commercial alignment.
• Manage the fullproduct lifecycle, including seasonal top-ups, in-season actions, andend-of-season analysis with key lessons learned.
• Utilize tools andsystems to drive efficiency and ensure accurate product data hygiene foranalysis and reporting.
• Conduct regularmarket visits to assess trends, product gaps, and pricing strategies of keycompetitors.

• Strong commercial andanalytical mindset
• Proficient in MSOffice, especially Excel
• Deep understanding offashion trends and consumer behaviour.
