Job Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement and sourcing of dairy products such as milk, curd, paneer, butter, cheese, and yogurt.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and commercial terms.
• Ensure product availability and optimum inventory levels.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and operations teams.
• Analyze sales, stock movement, and category performance.
