Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute category management strategies to optimize procurement processes, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive business value.
• Manage relationships with suppliers to negotiate contracts, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform purchasing decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 5-15 years of experience in EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction) or similar industry.
• Strong understanding of category management principles and practices.
• Proven track record in strategic sourcing and procurement leadership roles.
