Buyer- MORS

We are looking for an experienced Buyer - MRO Procurement to manage end-to-end purchasing activities for Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) requirements within a steel manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end buying and procurement activities for MRO materials and services.
• Drive strategic sourcing initiatives and identify qualified suppliers.
• Handle vendor management and supplier relationship management.
• Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and pricing agreements.
• Lead cost optimization and procurement savings initiatives.
• Ensure timely availability of materials to support uninterrupted operations.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in MRO Procurement within Steel, Metals, Mining, Manufacturing, or Heavy Engineering industries.
• Expertise in Sourcing, Vendor Management, and Supplier Management.
• Proven track record in Cost Optimization and Procurement Savings.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of SAP MM or other ERP procurement systems is preferred.
