Roles and Responsibility
Job Requirements
- Manage the procurement process from requisition to payment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices and terms that meet business needs.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the procurement lifecycle.
- Implement and maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement processes, such as supply chain disruptions or vendor non-performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 6-7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
- Proficiency in procurement software and systems, such as ERP and Microsoft Office applications.
