• Generate and acquire prospective property buyers through inbound and outbound sales channels.
• Understand buyer requirements, budget, preferred location, property type, and purchase timeline.
• Qualify leads and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
• Explain property features, pricing, amenities, location advantages, and relevant NoBroker services.
• Coordinate property visits, virtual tours, and meetings between buyers and property owners.
• Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
• Handle customer objections and provide accurate information to support purchase decisions.
• Facilitate negotiations and communication between buyers and sellers to support deal closure.
• Promote related services such as home loans, legal assistance, property registration, and other value-added offerings.
• Coordinate with sales, field, legal, finance, and operations teams for smooth transaction processing.
• Maintain accurate customer information, lead status, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Achieve assigned buyer acquisition, sales, revenue, and conversion targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Resolve customer queries promptly and ensure a smooth end-to-end buying experience.
• Follow company sales processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
