Job Description

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand business processes, challenges, and requirements.
  
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs.
  
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and solution designs.
  
• Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
  
• Support UAT planning, execution, and business sign-off.
  

• Collaborate with solution architects and development teams to design end-to-end solutions.
  
• Prepare functional and technical design documents.
  
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.
  
• Support solution deployment, change management, and post-production stabilization.
  

• Work with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications.
  
• Analyze data flows, integrations, and system dependencies.
  
• Assist development teams in troubleshooting functional and technical issues.
  
• Validate data mappings, transformations, and integration requirements.
  
• Support automation, AI, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
  

• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
  
• Present solution options, recommendations, and project updates to leadership.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
