About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Own full P&L: revenue, margins, cost control and working capital
- Build and execute business strategy for domestic and export markets
- Lead foundry operations: melting, moulding, casting, machining and finishing
- Drive productivity, yield improvement and scrap reduction
- Maintain quality systems (ISO, IATF) and adopt automation and simulation tools
- Build strong relationships with OEMs and global buyers
- Lead the team, and drive safety, compliance and sustainability
- Experience running a medium to large foundry supplying industrial or automotive customers
- Strong exposure to lean, TPM, automation and quality systems
- Strategic and commercial mindset, with strong people leadership
