    This role is part of the Business Transformation (BT) team, focused on driving digital and operational excellence initiatives across enterprise functions (e.g., procurement, finance, and supply chain).
    The team works closely with global stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes through process transformation, automation, and data-driven insights.

    In this role, you will be expected to develop transformation vision, assess vision feasibility and capability gaps, plan journey management. Also, translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage, transform a business to enable profitable & sustainable growth.

    What are we looking for
  3. Drive end-to-end process transformation initiatives, focusing on operational efficiency, automation, and digital enablement
  4. Analyze current-state processes to identify improvement opportunities and define future-state operating models
  5. Develop and execute transformation roadmaps aligned to client priorities
  6. Enable data-driven decision-making through dashboards, analytics, and performance insights
  7. Support deployment of digital solutions (automation, workflows, reporting tools) and ensure adoption
  8. Track and report value realization (efficiency, cost, quality improvements)
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (client and internal) to align on transformation goals
  10. Contribute to large-scale transformation programs and strategic initiatives

  13. Data analysis and insight generation (Excel / Power BI or equivalent)

  18. Experience in S2C / P2P / procurement or finance operations
  19. Exposure to automation tools (RPA, Power Automate, workflow tools)

  21. Knowledge of transformation frameworks and methodologies/Gen AI/Agentic AI tools and technologies
  22. Change management and adoption tracking
  23. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  24. Ability to translate complex business challenges into structured solutions
  25. Effective communication with senior stakeholders
  26. Ownership and accountability in driving outcomes
  27. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, global environment

  29. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and transformation
  30. Design and implement process improvements and digital solutions
  31. Engage with client stakeholders to understand business challenges and define solutions
  32. Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track performance and outcomes
  33. Support governance and reporting mechanisms for transformation initiatives
  34. Track benefits and ensure realization of transformation outcomes
  35. Lead or support workstreams in transformation programs
  36. Mentor junior team members or manage a small team/workstream (as applicable)
