  3. Six Sigma , Lean Certified
  4. RTR, PTP and OTC subject Matter Expert
  5. Should have completed a full fledge project and should be able to explain it clearly starting from Problem statement to the Final outcome
  6. Good to have an SAP ERP experience
  7. Hands-on experience advising transformation solutions basis relevant domain metrics applicable in RTR/PTP/ OTC towers
  8. Should have worked or exposure to market leading third party solutions like (Trade Shift/ Basware/ Ariba etc.) or in OTC (High Radius/ Rimilia) etc.

  10. Ability to perform under pressure
  11. Problem-solving skills
  12. Detail orientation
  13. Ability to establish strong client relationship

    Roles and Responsibilities:
  15. In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
  16. Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
  17. The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
  18. Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads
  19. Generally, interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
  20. The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
  21. Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams
  22. Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
  23. Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
