  9. Experience in shaping of solutions, process diagnostics, blueprinting and are savvy with PowerPoint and Excel
  10. 8 - 12 years of experience in Process Transformation, Process Automation, Operational Excellence, Quality
  11. 8+ years of overall experience in consulting
  12. 3-4 years of exposure/ experience in at least one segment of the financial services industry - cap markets, insurance, banking, or KYC


  13. Roles and Responsibilities:
  15. The key responsibilities include driving Process Transformation roadmap, defining and implementing strategic initiatives to ensure our continued success in the deployment of the Business Excellence practices and Agile Automation
  16. Drive BE value proposition and secure BE involvement in most complex onshore delivery deals
  17. Clear thought process to lead, guide and develop team to provide services to cluster of clients
  18. Strategic thinker leading the team
  19. Own and deliver the Geo Automation in concert with respective delivery teams
  20. Maintain team flexibility and skills to be able to support recovery work as needed
  21. Maintain team recoverability
  22. Provide clients with guidance regarding business process optimizations to improve operational business capabilities
  23. Help in strategy consultancy to clients with guidance in various spheres of business, including corporate strategy, business transformation, and digital and innovation capabilities
  24. Should have a deep understanding various tools and technology related to RPA, AI, and Platforms
  25. In-depth knowledge and experience in Financial Services field including operations and risk associated with industry
  26. Assess company-s financial status and analyse investment plans
  27. Source and evaluate capital expansion options, including loans and funding
  28. Advise on selling and buying stocks and bonds; forecast revenues and costs and report any discrepancies; analyse market trends and identify risks and opportunities
  29. Monitor financial procedures and ensure compliance with the law
  30. Provide solutions and set goals to increase profitability; review day-to-day transactions to identify areas of improvement
