• Handholding the New employees, ensuring their productivity and
focus on Attrition control
• Conducting Training for internal Employees on products, process and skill development
• Providing Training to the Employees especially Advisory
• Sharing information about Equity, Derivative's, TPP,
Commodities & currency
• Engaging Trainees with elearning and digital marketing
• It will require to travel to branches in Gujarat for training and when needed to other locations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt the training approach to diverse
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
