Business Systems Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvements in wealth management operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain new systems or processes that meet client needs.
• Develop detailed documentation of business requirements using tools like Confluence or JIRA.
• Provide training and support to clients on newly implemented solutions.

Job Requirements :

• 5-13 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of investment products, security regulations, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in using Agile methodologies (Scrum) and project management tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Experience working with Wealth Management platforms such as Investran or similar systems.
