About the Role We are looking for an experienced

Business & Systems Analyst to join our Trading Technology team in

Hyderabad . In this role, you will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to define, analyze, and document business and system requirements for trading platforms, including

MT5, DxTrade, and other brokerage trading systems . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with trading platforms, strong business analysis skills, and the ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements. Experience leveraging

AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar LLMs to improve analysis, documentation, and delivery processes will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Conduct backlog grooming sessions and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Identify business process improvements and recommend scalable system solutions.
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams. Documentation & Process Design
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), process flows, workflow diagrams, and data mapping documents.
• Maintain project documentation, knowledge repositories, and user guides.
• Ensure requirements are complete, traceable, and unambiguous. Testing & Validation
• Participate in System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and solution validation.
• Validate system behavior, data integrity, and business process compliance.
• Work closely with QA and development teams to ensure successful delivery. Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary liaison between Product Owners, Business teams, and Engineering.
• Clarify requirements, resolve ambiguities, and support project estimation.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and solution walkthroughs. AI-Driven Business Analysis
• Utilize AI tools such as

ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar LLMs to improve requirement analysis, documentation, data mapping, and test case preparation.

• Ensure responsible AI usage while maintaining data privacy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
• Strong experience working with

Trading Platforms , preferably

MT5, DxTrade, or similar brokerage/trading systems .

• Experience writing user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, BRDs, and FRDs.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using

Jira and

Confluence .

• Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Practical experience using

AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar) in business analysis and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Forex, CFD, Capital Markets, or Online Trading platforms.
• Knowledge of broker ecosystems, CRM, client portals, payment systems, and back-office platforms.
• Familiarity with financial regulations such as

ASIC, CySEC, FSA, and MiFID II . 📩
