Minimum Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Functional Consultant, Product Analyst, or a similar role supporting enterprise Procurement, Finance, or Source-to-Pay technology platforms.
• Strong functional expertise in procurement technology and S2P/P2P business processes, with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Procurement and one or more procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, ZIP, Levelpath, or comparable solutions.
• Experience implementing procurement capabilities across Intake & Orchestration, Sourcing & Contracts, Supplier Management, Purchasing, Invoicing, and ERP integrations.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, including user story creation, backlog management, sprint planning, release planning, estimation, and sprint ceremonies.
• Prior experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, Enterprise Architecture, Security, Integration teams, implementation partners, and external vendors.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Miro, Lucidchart, or similar collaboration tools is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Agile/Scrum, SAP, Ariba, Coupa, or other procurement technology certifications are a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities including requirements gathering, process design, solution documentation, testing, deployment, and post-production support across Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay solutions.
• Partner with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and IT stakeholders to understand business needs across intake, sourcing, contract management, supplier onboarding, purchasing, invoicing, approvals, reporting, compliance, and system integrations.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, process flows, test scenarios, and release documentation.
• Support implementation and enhancement initiatives involving SAP S/4HANA Procurement and modern procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, ZIP, Levelpath, or similar technologies.
• Apply strong functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Procurement processes, including Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Goods Receipts, Service Entry Sheets, Invoice Processing, Vendor Master, Account Assignment, Approval Workflows, and Finance integrations.
• Serve as Scrum Master by facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and removing delivery impediments.
• Work closely with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized backlog and ensure successful sprint execution.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, release readiness, change management, stakeholder communication, and operational handover.
