The Business Systems Analyst (BSA)-Cross Functional is a high performing leader, problem solver, and innovator who challenges the status quo and drives innovation. In this role you will analyze complex business problems to be solved with re-engineered processes and automated technology solutions. You will provide consultation to end users and lead cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues.
Youll bridge gaps, provide technical expertise to translate business requirements into functional system specifications. Your contributions within dynamic cross-functional teams are essential in supporting Lam s Digital transformation journey.
What you ll do
- Deliver end-to-end O2C processes, with a focus on Quote-to-Order and Sales Order Management.
- Work hands-on with SAP Quotation Management and connect quotes to sales orders.
- Configure sales orders, including:
- document types, item categories and schedule lines
- pricing determination and partner functions
- text and output determination
- copy control
- Apply strong Variant Configuration skills, including characteristics, dependencies, variant tables and configurable BOMs, and link them to sales orders and product structures.
- Integrate quotes and orders between CRM and SAP. PLM or product-model integration experience is a plus.
- Build custom enhancements and interfaces using user exits, BAdIs, BAPIs and custom routines.
- Work in complex Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and Configure-to-Order (CTO) environments.
- Turn business requirements into functional designs and technical specs.
- Run fit-gap analysis and recommend standard S/4HANA features or custom solutions.
- Support SIT, E2E and UAT testing.
- Work independently with business stakeholders, architects, developers and integration teams across manufacturing, planning, logistics and finance.

Role Summary: Were looking for an experienced SAP SD/O2C Functional Consultant with strong Quote-to-Order and Order-to-Cash expertise across SAP ECC and S/4HANA. The role covers sales order management, pricing, Variant Configuration, integrations and complex configurable products.
Preferred qualifications
- SAP S/4HANA, Variant Configuration, ETO/CTO SAP PP
- S/4HANA Sales and ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation programs
- Quote and sales order migration, and sales order process simplification
- Advanced pricing and determination logic
- Complex configurable products and equipment

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. On-site Flex you ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. Virtual Flex you ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
