Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Business System Analyst with 8-14 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs and translating them into functional requirements for IT systems.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Design and document functional specifications.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Conduct testing and validation of system changes and enhancements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to improve business processes.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of systems and processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
- 8-14 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Strong understanding of business processes and workflows.
- Mandatory for Insurance Domain.
- Proficiency in data analysis and modeling tools.
- Experience with SQL and database management systems.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
