Business System Analyst - SAP Materials Management (MM)

About the Role

HNI GBSC India is hiring an SAP SD professional to support Order-to-Cash processes, sales operations, pricing, and distribution functions. The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver and enhance SAP SD solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements.
• Configure and support SAP SD processes.
• Support sales order management and distribution activities.
• Design and execute testing activities.
• Drive issue resolution and process improvements.
• Work with business users on training and adoption.
• Participate in implementation and enhancement projects.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of SAP SD experience.
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Experience with Pricing, Sales Orders, Deliveries, and Billing.
• Understanding of SAP SD organizational structures and sales documents.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• ERP implementation experience.
• Project management exposure.
• Analytics and BI reporting knowledge.
