Job Description: Business Support Executive – API Business

Qualification & Experience

• B.Pharm or M.Sc. (Chemistry) with MBA from a reputed institute.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Business Support, Commercial Operations, or Sales Support, preferably in the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) business serving regulated markets such as China, Japan, and Korea.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, ensuring timely order execution, invoicing, and customer satisfaction.
• Act as the primary coordination point for customer queries related to quality, technical, regulatory, and commercial matters.
• Coordinate customer audits, technical discussions, and client visits with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support sales management activities and monitor achievement of sales targets against approved budgets.
• Drive demand planning and forecast management for assigned territories to ensure supply continuity and inventory optimization.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Production, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless business operations.
• Prepare business reports, sales trackers, and management dashboards to support decision-making.

Business Analytics Responsibilities

• Conduct market assessments and competitor analysis for API products in assigned markets.
• Monitor industry developments, customer trends, pricing movements, and emerging business opportunities.
• Effectively utilize Salesforce, IQVIA, and other pharmaceutical market intelligence databases to generate actionable insights.
• Support business strategy development through data-driven analysis and market intelligence.
